1. Definitions

Risk in the Goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

Ownership of the Goods passes to the Buyer once full payment has been received and delivery has occurred.

7. Consumer Rights and Product Quality

8. Right to Cancel

If you are a Consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Goods without giving a reason.

8.3 Returning Goods

Returned Goods should be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

Unless the Goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for return postage costs.

8.4 Refunds Following Cancellation

  • Standard delivery costs paid at checkout.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or evidence that they have been returned.

We may make a deduction where Goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Where Goods are confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law, which may include:

  • Repair;
  • Replacement;
  • Price reduction; or
  • Refund.

Reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied Goods will be reimbursed.

11. Promotions and Gift With Purchase Offers
